Windows live Mail error 0x800c0155.2 after updating AVG antivirus

On 8/1/2014 I downloaded an update prompted by AVG now My windows Live refuses to open... The error reads Windows Live Mail could not be started. The application was unable to open the Windows Live Mail message store. Your Windows Live Mail mailbox data is currently being used by another program or wait for it to complet its operation then open windows live mail again (0x800c0115.2) I have read ever forum I think. I have uninstalled AVG but still appears residual in the system. I tried reinstalling Windows Live Mail 1202. I have run ccleaner, malware bytes, I have do updated windows still I am preplexed I do have Hyjack this installed but it is not allowing it to print to log

I have tried unloading AVG, Windows Live, Malware Bytes, and then reloading Windows live and still same error. I did note that in the Action Center of Windows live it cited a Problem signature
