Windows Live Mail keeps reconfiguring each time I open it

Very recently, every time I try to open Windows Live Mail, it goes through a reconfigure routine before it will open. Any ideas anyone? I never used to have this issue.

If WLM is no longer working normally, I'd do a repair of Windows Live Essentials via "Programs and Features".
