Windows Live Photo Gallery Doesn't Print

When I print with Windows Live Photo Gallery nothing happens. I have no printing problems with any other software. In an attempt to resolve this issue I have done the following:
o Upgraded to Windows Live Photo Gallery 2011
Build 15.4.3502.922
o Ran System File Checker with no problems encountered
o Ran Event Viewer. No errors relative to this problem
o Stopped and restarted the Print Spooler service
All suggestions will be appreciated

I uninstalled and reinstalled the HP print driver and now I can print from Windows Live Photo Gallery 2011. I don't know why this worked since all other applications had no problem printing and I could find no errors relating to the printer or the driver, but I have worked with computers for a long time and have experienced stranger things. Thanks for your time.
