Windows Mobile Just Won't Update Through Zune.

hi All, this is really aggrivating me. I bought this windows mobile phone in December 2010 and since then I keep getting this stupid error from Zune - 801811A3. This phone just won't update from any PC. I've reset the phone and still no joy. Has anyone had this problem or have any suggestions? Many thanks.
