Code:
bcdedit /set  {default}  recoveryenabled   no
This disables automatic recovery to startup repair in case of errors. It does it for the default OS (you only have 1).

Now try to boot from harddisk and tell me what happens. look carefully for errors and everything that happens!

To revert back to how it was:
Code:
bcdedit /set  {default}  recoveryenabled   yes

now set recoveryenabled to no again. So you get the mpfilter.sys error message. It should be gone now. What happens when booting?

something really strange is happening!!
Here's described what status 0xc000098 is. Even i don't know what it means

Windows failed to load because:critical system driver missing or corrupt windows\system32\drivers\crcdisk.sys
Status 0xc0000098
//
// MessageId: STATUS_FILE_INVALID
//
// MessageText:
//
// The volume for a file has been externally altered such that the opened file is no longer valid.
//
#define STATUS_FILE_INVALID ((NTSTATUS)0xC0000098 L)

looks like the crcdisk.sys is broken.

Did you do post #70 already?

Also do
Code:
bcdedit /set  {default}  recoveryenabled   no
Leave it no during testing, so you see why it crashes.

What happens when you boot now?

Do you have a western digital disk or seagate disk?
