windows not resuming after sleep

Hi all,

I am not able to resume widows 7 (64 bit) from sleep. The screen is just blank, i think the PC has crashed as the caps lock button does turn the light on the keyboard, but there is no BSOD files. My set up is

ASUS M3N78-VM
onboard Nvidia geforce 8200
AMD tripple core
Windows 7 64
compro videomate s350

i believe i have updated all the drivers and have update the bios.
please can someone help, i'm trying to use this as a media center but without sleep the pc takes to long to boot!

I have exactly the same problem.
Did you try to dissable Asus Cool n Quiet and Q-Fan?

Yes i have tried this, as a web site stated to set all bios settings to default. It doesn't see to be blue screening, as there is no dump file. Are there any other logs i can look at? I have tried looking in the events and there is nothing in there other than system did not shutdown properly etc...

Not yet. Sometimes is OK, sometimes it crashes. Now I am traying to disable 4 and 4.5 processor multiplier. I am using RMClock.
