Hey why do i have to clean install windows if i can be getting updates manually? and the catalog it's showing the add on is failed to run and clean install you mean i have to format my hard disk totally will i be losing all the data too?

Mostly because installing anything might stop at anytime

That error usually means that you have Flash blocked - and the Catalog depends on Flash

Did you download a fresh copy of win-7 home premium yet from the previous link I posted ?
Here it is again

Then create the installation media

Afterwards install it,
Then install them in this order
KB3020369 & KB3172605 & KB3125574

Disconnect from the internet while installing windows is the easiest way to not be affected by the built in windows update system while manually installing these three updates.
Otherwise you'll need to stop and set to manual the windows update service or it will mess with the stand alone installers of the three updates.

So after these updates I have to install new windows 7 home premium? then again i have to install KB3020369 & KB3172605 & KB3125574 updates manually? while i stop the windows update services so that i can check get my updates properly for my windows 7 home premium .

And again i have another problem too my usb port 2.0 is not working so i have to install windows 7 home premium through usb port 3.0 and while booting through usb i get an error of usb drivers not found

Hi,
No you would only have to install the 3 updates once.
After they are just connect to the internet switch the update settings and windows update service back to default and activate windows.
After activation manually check for updates and anything missed will appear shortly.

Use a dvd if no usb 2 works
Option 1 on the rufus link works too.

step 3. Activating windows 7 home premium through key i got from dell
step 4. Setting windows update service to default.
step 5. Checking for updates using windows update in control panel
Finally I will be getting updates like everyone does

step 1. Installing these updates to my current windows 7 ultimate

Step #3 Activating windows 7 home premium through key i got from dell

If you have issues activating your Dell key just use the phone activation method via text messaging or phone call and wait for a Micro... person to give you a new key
I had to do it with my laptop it is quite easy to do
But that is only if you have problems which I doubt you will
