hi there, spent days trying to download latest windows updates . every time i keep getting the failed to download message and with it error code 8000FFFF. tried using the microsoft fixit , but doesnt fix it ! tried pausing kaspersky but no success... tried installing each of the updates one at a time. no go....tried the standalone but again no joy... why cant i update windows ??? please, anyone ???
