windows update service is not running !!!

hey guys,i got a problem,reinstaled the windows that i had before(7 ultimate 32) on a new and bigger hdd,before was working,all good,now it wont update(win update service is not running),and also the search index service not working !!! please help !!!

Start device manager. Any exclamation marks?
Start services.msc. Now click on service: Windows Update. Click start. What happens?

same thing....i tried,and i end up restoring my sistem,when i finnshed all the four(4) stages of windows repair,it i restarted,after it keeps apearing that ...the sistem needs to restart cos ...i dont know what service stoped working...one of them was about the baterry... the other one i do not remember cos it happend verry fast !!! anyway now i let it like that cos i neeed to go to work,im a dj,and this is my working notebook....i will be back after 2 o clock @ night(athens/greece time),when i finnish,and try something elese if u guys help me more !!! thanks in advance !!!

Fixed !!! Update raid drivers !!! Now all go perfect !!!
