windows7+ cloud

i am not a computer guru so could someone please explain to me what is windows "cloud" isn't it the same as networking? the commercials try to make you feel like you can not do with out it.

grimmjow, thank you for the link you provided, my eyes are now open. i tend to agree with lee in the link that you provided. until internet security and privacy and reliability is better than it is i will keep doing things the way i have been. i can now do most of things that the "cloud" is supposed to do with very little inconvenience. but, i guess if you are a large company you might be more interested in it. however, i would want to know if a company that i am doing business with was using the cloud because i would not like my credit card number floating around in the "cloud". thanks, lartomar2002
