By editing C:\Users\<owner>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

? Is it possible to rearrange the order of "Context" menu items ?

I have never used the program "Fast Explorer" but it may provide what you want. Check the following link;

Have you checked NirSoft's utility "ShellExView". Currently, I don't use the program, but have in the past. I can't remember the options that were provided.

Neither ShellExView or ShellMenuView allow you to reorder context menu items.

They do allow you to disable items if you want to clean up your menu.
