wireless not working..in windows 7

i have k28 pdc hcl laptop .i have installed window 7 but my wireless is not working.i have installed driver for vista wireless but its not working.it showing problem with the driver..i have ubuntu also installed in my laptop in which wireless is working and internet is working fine..plz help me...I have RT73 USB WIRELESS LAN CARD ..

Did you install the vista driver in compatibility mode?

to do that right click the installer>properties>compatibility mode>check vista
