Wireless resets upon system reboot

I haven't had this problem, until about a week ago.
I noticed my wireless connection would reset & prompt me for Security Key input every time I reset my laptop.

edit : I should also point out that I've previously used IOBit's Advance Systemcare 6 pro (and that many users have complained about wireless problems).
I've tried manually resetting Winsock, but doesn't seem to help.

I thought I would also point out that using WEP security and no password is asking for problems. In fact wireless N can't even work properly with WEP security which also isn't secure at all.

You need to be using WPA2 with AES encryption in order to have wireless N working at full speed with a secure network.

You should also uninstall the system care completely then use CCleaner to remove the registry entries and temp files. You will also want to delete the old wireless profile for this connection then create a new one using the updated security settings.

I have tried 'manage wireless networks' but that list is empty

I have already uninstalled adv systemcare as instructed. Would Wise Registry Cleaner be a better alternative to CCleaner's registry cleaner? My friend gave me a copy of the portable version, but I haven't used it yet.

I downloaded adv systemcare 6 pro because it was on many #1 list on registry cleaning, I didn't know it would be such a mess afterwards.

CCleaner is the only one I'd recommend.

The profiles should be there in Manage wireless Networks, if not create a new one and make sure the new profile stays after a reboot. But,...before you create the new profile you need to go into the routers settings and change the security to WPA-2 with AES encryption.

Be sure and designate the security settings when you create the new profile.
