WLAN Extensibility Module has failed to start

Hi everybody,

I have Windows 7 pro (x64)
I am trying to understand why am I getting this error in Event Viewer.

WLAN Extensibility Module has failed to start.
Module Path: C:\Windows\system32\Rtlihvs.dll
Error Code: 126

Have this error couple times a day, every day, since the OS was installed (which was not long ago).
It looks like it doesn't affect on anything, but I am just curious, what is causing this error to show up in events.

This is my WLAN adapter.
Search Result - Welcome to TP-LINK

Latest driver installed from the manufacturer's website.
Windows was just installed, on July 7th 2015, and updated to the last update available.

I also found this link in my google searches for solution.
There is one thing I didn't try. I thought about it myself, and now I saw it in the forum page you gave me.
When I installed my WLAN adapter, I installed driver only, without utility, maybe this is why I am getting this error in Events.

Well you are absolutely right.
Everything is working fine, even with this error.

Anyway, utility didn't help.
