Hi everyone, I got a hard question (well, at least I believe it is).

When I plug my usb headset into my computer it automatically becomes the default/standard device - which is fine. When I play music, play games all the sound comes out of my headset.
But lets say I want the music to be played out of my speakers instead of my headset, is that possible using WMP11? Any other software I can use to accomplish this?

Another situation would be a friend watching a movie on my TV through my computer while I am gaming at the same time on my computer monitor. I am forced to plug out my headset and mute my game so the people watching a movie on my tv don't hear the ingame sound.

Is there any way to force a program (or at least WMP11) to play out of a different audio device than the one which ISN'T the default/standard playback device?

I just asked all of my colleagues (we are computer technicians), no-one knew ^^

Hah, finally found out all by my self ^^

Windows Media Player 11 -> Tools -> Options -> Devices -> Speakers -> "Select the audio device."

As simple as that, amazing I haven't noticed that before - I've looked through the settings of WMP11 tons of times to no avail.
