Wont hibernate or sleep

Hi guys as you can see my pc will not hibernate or sleep.

When i hibernate it it goes throught the process fo hibernating the computer after it has done so it doesnt switch the power off at all and just boots back up again :(

Dont know why it is doing this so all help is welcome,

I think that if you read the link that I sent you will find that the reason is due to the fac that you are being waken by the NIC, read the tutorial and get back to us.
