Wont hibernate or sleep

Hi guys as you can see my pc will not hibernate or sleep.

When i hibernate it it goes throught the process fo hibernating the computer after it has done so it doesnt switch the power off at all and just boots back up again

Dont know why it is doing this so all help is welcome,

I think that if you read the link that I sent you will find that the reason is due to the fac that you are being waken by the NIC, read the tutorial and get back to us.
