Would this build play games

i would like to ask if the build below would be good enough to play games at medium - high definition ( games like GTA 4 and future GTA 5 )

yup it should play them fine, point to note, the fractal case is quite small inside when you install the hard disk use the upper mounting bracket or you will not have enough space for the graphics card.
