WTA : personalization on windows 7 home basic

my first post ,

just want to ask, just got new laptop from my office and apparently the laptop is pre-installed with windows 7 home basic. When i checked it seems that on windows 7 home basic, personalization isn't applicable. So is there any way to make "it" happen ? And i don't want to upgrade to another windows 7 version coz it will cost me sum money.

Help needed because i just want to change the theme of my windows 7 home basic.

thanks a lot.... i'll have take a look at that forum ...but actually i am looking for more complex theme enabled. But i think this will make a good start
