zebronics mupic arena mp3 player not detected

Hi friends i'm new to this forum pls someone help me to fix my problem that i have zebronics mupic arena mp3 player.when i'm try to connect it with my new laptop with windows7 os it is not detected but it had worked with my old desktop pc with windows xp os.so friends pls someone help me.
