LOL, sorry.
You would still need to use the diskpart command first like in your post above, then use this command. This command was just a replacement for the one you used instead at step 4 in your post above. See Option Two in the tutorial below as an example.

Ok, Disk 0 is now the selected disk.
I then typed clean all, it appears stuck, nothing is happening, except the white underscore blinking.

The Format fs=NTFS label="Local Disk"you did was for a "full format". It will take a bit to finish.
Next time, you could use the command below instead to perform a "quick format" that will finish fast.
Format fs=NTFS label="Local Disk" Quick, Is there any short cut to jump out from the Full Format to Quick Format?? Is it worth to do so?
