Solved System Repair disk not compatible with this version of Windows

The default is FAT32 - leave it like that and it will support both uefi and bios booting.

Thanks. I'm not sure if the DVD drive is set to UEFI, I'll have a look. If not I'll look into the USB7ice thing. Thanks again.

1.you are having main OS components on Disk 1 only, so no foul play & other problems.
2.The problem is clear : Your OS configuration is UEFI + GPT : disk 1 (First Snapshot) is Having 'EFI SYSTEM PARTITION which symbols UEFI (bios type) & disk 1 (3rd Snapshot) is having GPT (partition style).
When look on DVD, it is MBR partitioned ! It's the reason for compatibility issue.
3. You may want to know whether CD/DVD drive is configured as UEFI and/or LEGACY bios. But as i plan to use Usb pen drive with Rufus, that info is not required as of now. ( I use Usb pen drives for various positives )
Shall we proceed ?
4. So,
(a) Download Rufus ( you can go for portable version ) :Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
(b) if you go for the portable version, place executable in a folder.
(c) Insert the pen drive & Backup/copy all the pen drive data,etc to a safe place. Rufus deletes all that !
5. Now launch Rufus (1) Select the pen drive in the Device menu, (2)click 'SELECT', browse to the win 7 iso and double click it (somethings change & iso name will appear in the 'Boot selection' window), (3) Choose partition scheme as GPT & Target system as UEFI ( it may be chosen automatically but make sure ! ) (4) need not change any thing else, (5) press 'START' ( copying iso files, finally READY ) (6) close the rufus window it's done.
6. Boot into the pen drive & report.
