Hello there, please run Speccy to find out your temperatures and if they're related to the restarts

Speccy Download Speccy - Download

Install it and post a ScreenShot here :) and also, a little bit more information about your PC as ZZ says.

did this just recently start happening? if so, do a system restore. If its a new installation, then you might as well reinstall. There may be a program that is causing this that has been installed, or you may have automatic updates set to automatically restart after it finished updating. The BIOS could very well be set poorly, and you may want to change the power settings to the high setting just to see if it helps. You may not have enough power getting to the system. Is your Power Supply big enough for your system? You shouldn't need too much, but if you have too little, it can mess up everything

Basically, it can be a lot of things so the more information you give, the easier it is to narrow down our help

I think the only way is if you open your case and look at the fan. Chances are you have a standard fan that came wit the setup. They have better heatsink fans, and they also have liquid cooling that really will lower the temps.

Glad we could help.
