That's exactly why I suggested a different folder to download to. I was seeking to cla rify the issue not to cloud it. Perhaps a little less knee jerk and a little more thought on your part would have been more appropriate (IMHO, of course!)Try downloading the file again to a different folder on your C drive!
Let's not cloud the issue...I think the OP may be misunderstanding how Libraries work.
