Running fresh install of 7 x64 ultimate. Was having lots of BSOD. Was told they were driver issues. Updated drivers and computer was running fine. Shut down computer for a couple hours and when I turned it back on I got another BSOD. Can someone please debug this dump and let me know what caused it?

Thanks for your help

Hello,
Uninstall ASUS ATK0110 ACPI Utility/AISuite Utilities/ASUS PC Probe as they are a known cause of BSOD w/ Win 7.

Do a Memtest86+ and run for at least 7 passes (6-8 hours): http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
Do a sfc /scannow
Do a Disk Check
Lastly, run a HDD Test (using SeaTools)

If you see NtfsExceptionFilter on the stack then the 2nd and 3rd
parameters are the exception record and context record. Do a .cxr
on the 3rd parameter and then kb to obtain a more informative stack
    trace.

Ok. Repair install complete. Is there something I need to do after?

Edit: I re-ran the system file check and it reports that there are no integrity violations now.

Ok so again the computer runs fine after doing the fixes. Then once it sits for a couple hours it BSOD right after the loading screen. It didn't dump to the hard drive because it hadn't loaded into windows yet. I tried running the windows repair and it said something was missing and gave a code of 0xc00000f. I also got a STOP 0x7e and 0x7f

Even if you ran memtest, it looks like a hardware issue., possibly mem, or some other piece of hardware.

Even if you ran memtest, it looks like a hardware issue., possibly mem, or some other piece of hardware.

If it was memory wouldn't it show up in the memtest? Also, there's nothing hooked up to the computer so it's either a bad mobo, cpu, memory or hard drive.

I ran a check disk from the ultimate boot disk and it found errors and fixed them. My question is, why does letting the computer sit for a couple errors cause the system integrity to become corrupt?

I am unable to get into windows to run the repair again. I've gotten two STOP 0x7e, a STOP 0x1a and a stop 0x3b. For some reason it's not writing mini dumps even though its enabled. Also, when I try to do the repair from the boot menu it says "The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible. Status: 0xc000000f"
