None of my programes are opening help plz

i have also just found out that if i go to the process exlporer and right click on the programe that won`t open and click resume that the programe then opens?
but the blue windows load circle still stays and keeps going round?

guess i am going to have to take it in to a tech shop to look at

Windows is trying to load something and failing, but I don't know what. Look at the programs in your start up, and disable them one at a time, if the problem goes away you then know what caused it.

You can use CCleaner to look at and disable or enable your start programs;
