Solved Mystery Folders in AppData/Local

I seem to be accumulating mystery folders in Users/User/AppData/Local. I have attached a snip and I have no idea what these are except that all the folders are empty.The computer is about 18 months old so this is a fairly new occurrence. Any thoughts please?

They are created when something is installed. Unique Identifiers they are a perfectly normal occurrence.

What I know, I posted here - only confirming WL Mail as the suspected culprit. No WL Msgr on my system.

Also note- running newest: Version 2011 (Build 15.4.3555.0308) - as of this post anyway.
