I think your computer is awfully slow to be running Windows 7 - and why the 64-bit version when you only have 3GB of RAM? I suspect that you upgraded to Windows 7 yourself, is that correct?

When did you first start having your issue?

It was installed by factory (Gateway) when I bought. I used it for nearly 6 months. Last 6 months it works fine. Why now? When I bought it has only 2GB of RAM. Even though it has 2GB of RAM they (Gateway) installed windows 7 64-bit. The only thing I did to the system was upgrading 2GB RAM to 3GB RAM. So your suspicion is completely wrong.

I see.
Then the question is: can you remember any software or hardware changes around the time this started happening?
Also, did you do a full spyware scan with something like Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware?

No.I didn't scan yet. But now I'm going to scan and let you know. I think it started after I installed "Boost Window" (product of ursoftware).

Yeah...time to uninstall Boost Windows. Best not to bother with that kind of software at all, mostly they make things worse instead of better. There simply is no magic one-fits-all solution and no magical speedup. It's frustrating to see that people keep falling for these loud, flashy websites of dubious origin and unsuspectingly mess up their Windows. :(

If Boost Windows gives you any option to undo whatever changes it made, let it do that first, then remove it.
