Explorer.exe using 100%

Hi to all
I had to say that when I start my pc up it starts normally and it logged in normaly
But when i open My Computer my explorer uses 50% of cpu
But then when i open any drive it uses 98-100% of cpu
I have installed windows 7 32 bit many times
but the problems repeats every time
i have also ran antivirus software, defragmentation and chkdsk but it did`nt show any error or virus in the drives
this happens only when i open my 2nd drives folders
but the games or the applications in that drives partition works properly only cpu uses 100 while exploiring or copying any files or folders from 2nd drive
plz help me in this problem

can you post a snapshot like mine from the task manager please so we can see whats going on remember system idle process percentage is not using processor its what is available

mmmm i see your concern strange the other programs are 00 and explorer is 99 it may be a false reading download this sysinternals tool Process Explorer v15.1 it will give a better look at whats going on link >>> http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/ProcessExplorer.zip

How to restart the Explorer.exe process
To restart the Explorer.exe process, follow these steps:

1. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL.
2. Click Start Task Manager.
3. On the Processes tab in Windows Task Manager, click the Explorer.exeprocess, and then click the End Process button two times.
4. On the File menu, click New Tasks (Run), type explorer, and then click OK.
5. Exit Windows Task Manager.

I am not able to download hotfix from this site

in the description for what the hotfix is for is your pc doing the same?

You experience high CPU usage in the Explorer.exe process.

You may also encounter problems when you use other applications or operations to open the corrupted .wav files.
