Hey all, new guy here! :)

So I got a new PC from newegg.com... you can see all its details here
Newegg.com - iBUYPOWER Gamer Supreme NE985SLC Desktop PC Intel Core i7 3770k(3.50GHz) 16GB DDR3 2TB HDD Capacity NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 2GB Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit

In the past I've always built my own PC's, but I was lazy this time around, and this seemed like a pretty good deal, so I said what the hell and got a pre-built.

The only thing I've done is added an SSD. Things were running fine but then recently I started getting various BSoD's. At first it was happening all the time, especially when playing the newly released game Tera Online. So I went to the motherboard's website and updated all the drivers and BIOS. After that things seemed to be running much better. But while playing Tera today, I just got another BSoD. So I'm not sure yet, as the computer is very new, if it only happens while playing Tera, or all the time.

Here is the error I seem to be getting most often (and most recently):

Hello pinmouse,

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

If you are overclocking STOP

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:
* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.
To ensure minidumps are enabled:
* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

As the computer is very new, you may want to consider contacting New Egg for a repair, refund or exchange while it is under warranty.

To that you would have to re-install your spinner. Of course, if the computer then worked OK you would have to assume that your SSD is at fault.

This one crash was related to a memory exception probably caused by your Panda malware.

I would remove and replace it AT LEAST TO TEST with Microsoft security Essentials

How can I uninstall Panda antivirus from my computer?-Technical Support-Panda Security

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Thanks! I'll try it out right now and get back to you! :)

Yeah, I contacted newegg about it and they told me that since I don't have the original box (I was dumb and threw it out) that I'd have to go through iBuyPower etc. Which isn't a big but if it's an easy fix I'd rather not have the headache of shipping things back and forth. If it keeps up that's my next step though. :)
