Greg, I suspect that starting the social thing, and getting it going a bit, then an occasional update should suffice. I cannot fathom MS not recognizing you actually toiling in the trenches. I also believe Windows 7 will continue to be the majority OS for quite some time, and it will be vital to have good help as well.

The computer I've got now is getting on a bit, it came with Vista but I'll keep using it until it gives up the ghost. I'd been thinking about getting a tablet but looking at the prices for them in my mail order catalogue I thought I might as well get a laptop, OK it's not a top of the range one but it's an Asus with 4 GB of RAM plus the other usual stuff, web cam, WiFi, Bluetooth, Multi DVD drive several ports.
