What is the licensed version which shipped with the Dell?

These do not normally ship with Ultimate which is the same exact OS as Home Premium (probably the licensed version on a Dell Core i3) with a few extra expensive features few consumers need.

So I'd Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 with the licensed version and Product key on COA sticker. Stick with the steps in tutorial to get and keep a perfect install.

Otherwise run and post back the results from MGADiag.exe if you want further help.

Hi Mehdi Raza,

Welcome to Seven forums.

It is correctly suggested by Gregrocker to do a clean install as it seems you have alot of issues with the windows installed on the system.

You can also check this article below which would provide you some alternatives if you can try before doing a clean install of windows:

Hope it helps.
