Hi DaCheese, that looks to me like a MATX motherboard, which essentially means it will fit an ATX case.

I am almost 100% sure all ATX cases have mountings for both ATX motherboards and MATX motherboards.

What case do you have/ is it going into?

Currently using the default case (Packard Bell Imedia A3317 case) however I am planning to put it into the CiT Vantage Gaming Case

It took me a while to find the specs online for that case, but I did in the end and it supports ATX,MATX and Mini ITX so you will be just fine.:)

ok thats good news, thanks for your help. Another question, if I upgrade the motherboard, will I have to reinstall Windows or buy another Windows copy. I don't have a copy of Windows on disc because it came preinstalled with the PC.

I am far from an expert on this, but I believe you will have some issues, the normal and best recommendation when installing a new motherboard is to re-install Windows and even if you did have a disk it would still run into problems as it would need re-activation and being an OEM licence I don't know if you could use it again.

I will leave that one to the experts, maybe ask in this section and you will get some good advice - Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 7 Help Forums

You'll need to get another license.
