Solved Device manager shows "RAM: 8GB (3.2GB RAM usable)"

As the title says Device Manager shows "RAM: 8GB (3.2GB RAM usable)". Why is my other 4.8GB not usable? Please tell me it is not eaten by Windows or similar :confused:
