BSOD 4a and c5 (with idle computer), new system

I currently built a machine from top quality high end products, and get BSOD daily. The computer was doing torrent download in all cases when the issue happened (using torguard's VPN software too). I tried safe settings in the BIOS, didn't help. I have got all the latest drivers and BIOS already.
Please help, I have attached the zip file from DM Log Collector and SF tool.

Welcome to SF gaborb .

The common denominator of the dumps is BitDefender (and secondly other network related).
I would remove BitDefender, then using a stripped version of AVG
and see how it goes for about a week or so.

1. Download AVG.
2. Follow these settings when installing:

Thank you, I am trying to remove it. I've got Kaspersky with the MoBo, trying to go with that first. I have had the paid version of Bitdefender for 1.5 years now on 2 laptops and the previous desktop configuration with no problem, however I would like to believe that this will solve the BSOD.
