Oh my. Sad day, depending how you look at it, in my Do it yourself Ejuice mixing.

About a week ago, I had mixed a juice with caramel, chocolate and Peanut butter. It wasn't great so I set it aside.
I then tried Peanut Butter (Yes Ive been on a PB kick lately) with Vanilla Swirl (kinda like soft serve ICe cream) and caramel.

Wasn't horrible but not great. Something not right. So I added a couple other flavors to that mix. A few drops of Marshmallow for one, since this often adds a moistness to a juice so to speak.
I know I added a couple other things trying to see what would happen but can't remember what I done!

At any count, I set that one aside to.

So now, almost a week later I tried them both and they were really not all that good. I decided it was over and time to trash them and start over.
But before I did, I mixed them together for giggles to see what would happen. The result was AWESOME!!
Been vaping it all day.
But no idea what to call it.

Had a friend taste it but didn't tell him what it was. He liked it too. From a blind taste he said reminded him of something like a caramel popcorn .. or cracker jacks.

All I know is its very tasty ... So why is that a sad thing??
I didn't keep records when I was adding things. So I have no clue how to replicate other than the main ingredients and a mysery one or 2 I dont recall.

Moral of the story, if you start mixing your own, KEEP RECORDS OF EVERYTHING YOU DO!

I should have learned this by now. This isn't the first time this has happened

I am currently in talks with the place I got my new juices from. They seem very helpful and have asked for the batch numbers of the bad juices. They are going to try them themselves from stock and also test some from a different batch to see if it's a bad batch.

Just got this months Zamplebox!!


Obviously I haven't tried all of them, but a new vendor was in my box I've never tried.
Machiavelli - E Vapor Hut LLC
I got 2 from them. Shangri LA and Machiavelli which is the one I'm vaping now. A Strawberry/Custard flavor. Pretty good!

At any count, this vendor allows you to choose a PG/VG mix, Nic Level as well as other things. Extra Flavor, add menthol. You can also order the flavor as they mix it or add another flavor into it of you choosing.
Theres not that many out there that offer flexibilty. many are just what Nic level and thats it, so I thought this may be worth mentioning.
And, they have reasonable prices.
If I like the other one I may have to make a bulk order. They also sent a 20% off total order in my box.

Not sure how they are across all flavors, but this one I really like anyway.

Couple other Vendors in here I've not tried yet either but will be a bit before I get to them.

I got 2 Cyber Eliquid flavors too called Crunch Berry and Apple Jax.
Apple Jax tastes just like the Apple Jacks cereal, but a slight bit more cinnamon-ny (is that a word) side. Still pretty darn close and good.
And Crunchberry .. well, anyone remember the Frankenberry cereal? Thats what it tastes like,. I like both of these but not sure its something I could vape all day long,.


My Zamplebox is the basic which is supposed to be 6 bottles per month. I think I was on 10 or12mg Nic from them.
At any count, they emailed me and said there may be a delay due to much more new subscribers than anticipated at the same Nic level and was having stock shortage for that level. Probably 2 weeks for vendors to catch up..
I emailed back and just said it was fine as I wanted to change to a lower Nic level anyway.
And for whatever reason, the upgraded my order to Gold (11 bottles) at no charge with 6mg Nic level. Heck, I was fine with just changing as I was going to anyway. This just had me do it sooner. But thats a huge bonus there. I thought that was very nice of them. They didn't have to do that.

That sounds like a pretty good deal you got there, I'm glad you're sharing your experiences with us. I'm not sure I would've tried that just reading it, I'll have to think about though.

I'll tell you what I am not missing at all is the ashes everywhere!

Totally agree Derek. The amount of ash that used to get in my keyboard and the side around it, I was forever cleaning it! It will be more healthy for the PC too as that has also given up smoking lol.

Maybe you could find a place like that In the UK. I would imagine there are some there. It sounds like a good deal for most people. I may try it, but my lungs are so damaged, they're rather picky as to what I can take.

What Zamplebox?
If you are considering it, keep this in mind before you jump in:

Its basically a subscription service, being billed monthly. Mine ends ups costing around $29 a month for 6 bottles (after tax+Shipping). The extra I got this time doesn't happen all the time, although you can opt for the Gold membership (11 bottles) as a regular delivery monthly but it cost more.
You set up a flavor profile and choose a Nic level. And whether or not you want Menthol etc. or if you just want a bit of just anything they have.

What they send you is pretty random. So you have no choice of exactly what you get, only that it'll be within the profile you set up.
So keep that in mind.

I mention this because I have seen some complain because they thought they could pick exactly what they got. It doesn't work that way.
But, I like it because I have discovered new vendors and flavors I like. Like I had mentioned before, for those who want to try different juices and flavors but not sure what you want or will like, its great. Which was why I joined in the first place. Discover new things. And for that its great!
Plus I like getting my boxes since I never know what will be in there. (Its how I found that Deadly Sin) Oh, and they usually send coupons too that match the vendors in your box.

So it works like this. You get your box and find a flavor you love (Deadly Sin for example)
So, you'll likely have a coupon, I think it was 20% off at good life vapor. Head over to GoodLife, order your deadly sin and whatever else from them use the coupon for the discount. The coupons have been good store wide at that vendor. Not just the flavor you got.
I've had some that didn't have a coupon but most vendors do send some.

Oddly, I found one I liked but have issues vaping. Black Jack by Seduce Juice.
Its supposed to be 100% VG blend, but they must use something to thin it that doesn't agree with me.. Not sure why but it makes causes a tickle in my throat on the inhale and starts me coughing. Its weird as I'm usually pretty tolerant of even higher PG blends though I dont care for them....... Sad too cause it was good. But I had to set it aside.

Zample does ship to the UK, but from what I gather that shipping process can take a while. May not be worth it, especially if you have similar local.

It's pretty expensive but I guess the gourmet stuff is right!

At the moment I am just mixing 2 of the current flavors I have together. One is called "gold and silver" which is a tobacco flavor and the other is Blackcurrent. They go pretty well together. On it's own the Blackcurrent is nice but no good for an all day vape but mixed with the gold and silver it's pretty fine.

Hopefully the Devils Sin will be here by the end of the week, I am not too sure how quick the sizzlebox will take, apparently they send them out on the 8th of each month which is tomorrow but I may have been too late to make it. In which case it could be a month!

There is.
If I recall, you get a free bottle of juice per friend you invite but the way its worded I think its 10 friends and get 10 bottles type of thing.
So not sure that's per person or if theres a minimum (like the 10 before you get anything). And something about an uber gift if 100 join.
It's not that big of a deal, I don't have enough friends to have 10 much less 100 lol.

Zamplebox works a little differently than most on when they ship. They charge your card and ship a day or 2 later, and its based on the day you sign up. So whatever day you start, youll be charged that day every months and your box ships a day or 2 after.

I haven't purchased anything from them myself as Im happy with the hardware I have, but looks like they have some decent deals on some things. But they look to be rebranded products. Like a Kanger Aero tank or Nautilus tank with the Zamplebox logos on them. Could be wrong but thats what some look like. So if same thing but cheaper, might be worth it. I dont know.



They do have a little dripper thats less than $10 i am considering though. Probably wont last but a month or 2, but be nice for testing juices. The dripper I have works well, but its dual coil with dual wicks so its a pain to clean out and re-wick if all Im doing is taste a few flavors.
Those are supposed to be some kind of mesh wick from what I heard. So you just burn it dry and go to next flavor but I'm not sure.

I looked at their hardware too and I thought the same thing you said, they all seem to be rebranded knock offs. I don't care though as long as it's cheaper. I'm perfectly happy with the MVP2, but wouldn't mind more tanks so I don't have to change everything to try a new liquid. I'm still not a real Vaper, it's just a means to an end for me. I need to get off of the cigs. So far I haven't been able to completely break the habit, but I am doing much better. Maybe in a few months I will save enough money to buy a 5960X. :roflmao:

A little update from me regarding the 3 bad juices I got. I heard back from the company today, they said they had tested all 3 in the same batch and they could not find anything wrong with it. They said it must have just been my 3 bottles. They also said I could have a refund on the 3 bottles or choose 3 new flavors. So I chose 3 new ones, so I have 90ml of new juice coming out to me and they said I can keep the 3 bad ones. Maybe they will improve with age, I won't chuck them and I will test them again in a couple of months.
Great customer service anyway.
