It's not recommended since you get a cleaner install by booting the installer to delete all partitions since the old Recovery partition is no longer needed, plus having bootable installation media or a System Repair Disk is also needed for repairs in case Win7 fails to boot.

It is possible to download the Win7 installation ISO from Win7 Home Premium x64 SP1 English Official ISO download, extract the files using 7Zip to another small partition you shrink from Chttp://www.7-zip.org/download.html, then rightclick Setup to Run As Administrator, choose a Custom Install, select the C partition (only) to install upon. This will overwrite the C partition with a fresh new install, although all of the old OS will be archived in a C:\Windows.old folder to be deleted later.

If you want we can show you how to make that small partition where you extract the installation media bootable itself so you can boot the media and still have the tools to delete all partitions, create new for the install. It's the same as here: Boot Recovery Partition using EasyBCD

You will still need to follow the steps for how drivers are handled and all other preparations in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 so that you get the best possible install. Put your wireless driver in the backup so you can install it to get online and immediately Check for Updates to install all Important and Optional, with reboots, until there are no more offered.

Ask back any questions until you fully understand what you want to do.

Downloading the iso's taking so long sir, i have a limited connection speed sir. I'll just buy a windows 7 cd and install it.

I don't really understand is why my laptop is taking so long to boot up but whenever it's booted up, it's running perfectly well (except the time to time windows explorer crashes, camera won't work, and the built in mics not working too.)

Thanks for your time sir, i hope you can help me get through this, although i can not compensate you in any kind.

Your Win7 is not running perfectly but is quite corrupted probably due to the crapware you've installed trying to resolve issues that would never be present if you'll start over fresh and do the perfect http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164.

If your download is at risk of being interrupted you can install Firefox and add on its Down Them All download manager which will preserve your download if it is interrupted. Then wait for that while you borrow a new DVD or 4gb flash stick to write the ISO upon using the tool in tutorial. Boot the installer, delete all partitions, click next to let installer create and format the partition for you and begin.

If you stick only the with the steps, tools and methods in the tutorial you will get and keep a perfect install just like a million others who have followed it without a single complaint.
