Any Vapers?

Key word being cannabis is going to make these devices a lightening rod for cop harassment ;)

I don't think it will canabis that would cause a stir so much any more since states are now legalizing medical and recreational weed! This is on the balllots of all 50 states with Colorado taking the lead for recreational as long as regulated by the state.

I saw one reference to alcohol being the substitute while there are other things that draw fire faster. The problem with all that however as many are now concerned is how some will take something good and ruin it for others with stupidity! This is the type of negative reaction I hear often when anyone brings up the way ecigs can be abused.

So I changed my mind on the Vamo V7 today. I was talking with some guys at work and one of the guys had a Sigelei Mini Zmax he wanted to sell. I got it, two AW 350 batteries, and a Tenergy TN270 charger for thirty bucks. This bad boy is nice, I slapped one of my 16B's on it to try it. Going to pick up a better tank soon but I'm happy. This one is small compared to the Vamo, and is actually slightly shorter than the iCLIK but wider in diameter so it is much easier to carry at work, I'll keep the spare battery with me.

It vapes better than my iCLIK!, but the iCLIK is good for a spare.

Sigelei ZMAX Mini

I got the black one

I was looking at the regular ZMax as well as the mini but don't care for 18350s having only 700mah or 800mah usually found while I can put 5000mah UltraFire IMRs into a Vamo or ACE. The new epipe will demand a higher mah 350 however.

The ZMax and mini are still lookers however but tend to be priced almost twice as much as the Vamo line up. Some state they think more highly of them so you didn't get stiffed buying one for a good price even if used. I think despite the lower battery time you will like a lot better then the V7. ;)

Those come in either 1.6 or 1.8ohms from what I have been finding when looking over several sites. I just got a Nautilus in here with a 5 pack priced a bit less. At evape.us the Aspire Nautilus BVC is priced at $21.99 not $36 like some places.

The replacement coils are unmistakeable "Compatible with only the Aspire Nautilus Clearomizer. These are Genuine Aspire Nautilus Coils." BDC ouf of stock and the BVC coils are only seen in 1.8ohm for $9.95 at Aspire Nautilus BVC Coils (Pack of 5)

I also picked up something else that also arrived today along with the tank namely an MVP wrap. It kind of make the MVP look like a phone booth?! :) Innokin iTaste MVP Vaporizer Battery Printed Skin The pricing in two catagories at the 707 Smart Skins vendor there is a lot better then a few other places that wanted $14.95 for the same thing if they carried it.

iozofb.jpg

That looks good, well done.

The picture here isn't one of mine but a nice clear shot to show what it looks like. I still have to take a few snaps of how it came out here. I will need 4 or 5 good ones depending on if I decide to have a tank on the MVP or not plus get the lighting just right. This one was a nice clean closeup however.

I had to dig off the 3M paper backing to get the holes for the button and display opened up before I could even find where the edge was in order to peel the wrap off! That took a bit of time since the peels revealed a double layer as far as thickness. Other then that it went on quick and easy just by simply lining up the edge once I had it placed down around the button.

Originally I wasn't planning to go with one at all. But I just happened to run into that vendor while at Amazon looking something else up. with this placed a bit lower then JWraps or Vinyl Skinz which generally ask $15 compared to the $9.95 price found. At least I can one thing in the collection here is dressed up for appearance. :D

Hey Dude Check these out! Utrafire 1200mah 18350s for $4.95. That's a good price but not a surprise from one of the two main battery sites. So far with this brand's 5000mah 18650s I've been having some great results. http://www.batteryjunction.com/ultrafire-18350.html

Orbitronics is where to go when you need 18650s. http://www.orbtronic.com/index.php? You will be wanting the 1200mah 18350 batteries over the 700s, 800s, or 900s most often seen.

 There are numerous wraps out there scenic and other for both the MVP and VTR as well as the other Innokin stuff as well as for eGo type batteries. They tend to provide a more personalized look and good for a change rather then looking at the same black or stainless metal box. I finally picked mine out since the box(phone booth) went well with the box(mod) as well as the sale price! :D

Well that's one thing to keep in mind there in case you end up with another mod or battery you want to dress up. Once you find a wrap or other accessory like a prevent misfire tube to carry a vamo in for example just seen listed for $1.16 be shroud as far as price shopping a bit once you decide something. The idea is to be able to save some additional $$$ along with your health!

Hey Dude I just checked my account there when logging and found I ordered a pair of the exact same batteries a year ago for an automatic epipe I ended up passing along to someone just starting. The pair has also been used one at a time when taking the battery tube off of one of the Vamos or putting the SID battery tube on one of the SMOK ACEs(aluminum body) for carrying one of them around in shorter length. They seem to get bounced around a bit at times! :D

If you are looking for anything particular now now would be the best time to price shop to see who sells it for the best prices and then go back on BF day to grab it up fast for even less! :D

After finding the latest tiny 20watt mod Eleaf iStick at one vendor for $39.99 compared to other running as much as $55 for the little one I went back while considering grabbing another as a spare but found it was pre-order Dec. 1st ships on and marked down to $33.50! That told me they are now hanging onto what they left for BF Day when everybody will be at their doorstep! That will still include S&H as well as the reduced price compared to everyone charging shipping on top of their sale prices.

When looking over one discounts site's reference to three vendors on EBay the same mod that fetches the $40-$55 tag was marked up to $99 by one seller! Due to the small size and popularity all the better vendors have been selling those out on a moment's notice! $99 should be sounding alarm bells there!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Before this gets too far along I wanted to post a listing of mostly US eliquids and hardware vendors before the biggest shopping day arrives as well as many vendors already starting with their holiday discounts before Black Friday. When going back for a second Nautilus for example the web's lowest price vendor was out of stock. Lowest due to free shipping while another's actual price was lower but $5.96 tacked on for good ole S&H!

Anyways I compiled a list of several plus a few new ones as this list continues to grow just about every week!

Edit
APPROVED VENDORS LIST! List of recommended legitimate vendors only!

Posted on one social network on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 10:20pm

This doc is a guide listing of known to be legit vendors! All postings will be the home pages for each particular vendor allowing a brief description of what types of products each vendor carries. Not for any promos or contests.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The first one we come to is the one familiar to most of us in this group Crystal Canyon Vapes which is primarly an eliquids business but does carry a limited selection of hardwares to have those available to it's customer base.

The Facebook page can be seen at https://www.facebook.com/CCVapes

Eliquids and hardwares can be purchased at the main site found at http://www.ccvapes.com/

One notation to add here is that CCVapes made the Top 5 US eliquids vendors list. Congradulations! and keep up the excellent work!

(one review site placed this vendor in the list of the Top 5 US)

--------------------------------------

The next site works for many vendors on the global scene at pointing out specials on some of that ever growing list of new hardwares coming daily. You can find out about an endless mix of hardwares and specials various vendors are having on them in order to save on the old $$$$$$$$ Mulaaaa....
You can even subscribe to Vaping Discounts seen at http://vapingdiscounts.com/

In addition to Vaping Discounts, Deals and Sales another particular web site to take notice of would be:
411Vapes.Com: Down to Earth Reviews found at: http://411vapes.com/

The site there features a continually growing number of reviews for both hardwares like Personal Vaporizers and APVs(Advanced Personal Vaporizers) as well as Mods and E-Liquids by various vendors. Some reviewed custom manufacrurer mod stands to meet customer specifications.

(quite a few review videos that have reached the YouTube site so far.)

--------------------------------------

Big Daddy Vapor specializing in spare tank parts - replacement coils - custom drip tipss and other accesories- Order replacement coils in quantity and save money. http://www.bigdaddyvapor.com/index.php

--------------------------------------

ORBITRONIC: One of the best places to look for the type of battery you are looking for! This is one place that carries almost every type of battery and certainly the 26650s as well as 18650s, 18500s, 18350s, etc. used for flashlights as well as electronic and mechnical mods, APVs. http://www.orbtronic.com/

--------------------------------------

Good Live Vapor: Great place for complex tasting liquid at a reasonable price, with quite a few lines to pick from. Customer service always A+, and shipping is always quick. Jeremy Dollar takes pride in his business and making sure people are happy with the products. On line they sell some Hardware, but mostly they sell hardware out of their B&M, If your near Albany GA, stop in and say Hey to Jeremy and his crew. www.goodlifevapor.com

--------------------------------------

Smart Vapes: Anyone still looking for the Eleaf iStick at the lowest price found? Smart Vapes is offfering free shipping with their low price of $33.50. All four colors are in stock. They also carrying a list of other hardwares and accessories.http://www.smartvapes.com/default.asp

--------------------------------------

101 Vapes: A large selection of hardwares including high wattage mods and a number of RDAs(Rebuildable Atomizers) along with a lengthy list of accessories like drip tips, wicks, wires, ohm meters, etc.http://101vape.com/

--------------------------------------

Misthub: Best prices for things like the new Smok Aro Winder 1600-2000mah batteries, selection of high wattage mods, Mechanical mods, tanks, parts, accessories, etc. as well as vaping guides.
https://www.misthub.com/

--------------------------------------

Sweet-Vapes: Besides having dealt with them for over a year now this one gets a high rep for returns/exchanges of hardwares as well as being prompt with shipping orders out. They have competitive prices on most items often found for less there then at other places.
http://sweet-vapes.com/

---------------------------------------

evape.us found easily on the Bing search engine offers some reasonable prices on most things. The Aspire Nautilus with spare coil kit is $21.99 with free shipping. http://www.evape.us/

http://www.evape.us/aspire-nautilus/ I know a few of you were interested in this one and will likely prefer the 1.8ohm replacement coils not the 1.6ohm that comes preinstalled! The first flavor was a menthol and I keep feeling an ice cold vape sensation after swapping for a caramel cappucino flavor. The air flow adjuster is far superior to the Aero tank mini and mega versions with notched positions as you turn the adjustment band between base and glass tank section.

Another Hot Ticket item being sold out or pre-order everywhere is the new 20watt Eleaf iStick with free shipping at most vendors who have it. This one presently stocks all four color choices. The offer here sees the entire kit while other places see only the main battery and 510/eGo adapter not even the usb charging cable. This includes those as well as the ac wall plug. http://www.evape.us/istick/

------------------------------

VAPOR FOUNDRY was the latest vendor come across with some better prices on variable v/w devices as well as the lowest on the Aspire Nautilus I was mentioning for $19.99 seen at http://www.vaporfoundry.com/nautilus-tank-system/

------------------------------

CigHub is a vendor that carries mostly eGo type batteries with plenty of accessories while I won't recommend the DEKANG brand of imported ejuice however! Got a bottle on one occasion where that stuff wanted to burn you face! It may have been the old top coiled clearomizers at fault but tried it again months later with better tanks and ... Their options sometimes will have you choose a flavor as part of tossing in a small bottle when ordering over a certain amount. https://secure.cighub.com/

-------------------------------
Other vendors in quick reference links:

https://www.pbdragon.com/lair/ various hardwares

http://www.aquavaporcig.com/ various hardwares

http://www.mtbakervapor.com/ one of Top 5 rated US eliquids vendors

http://www.madvapes.com/ various hardwares - Plenty of Smoktech tank, clearomizers to choose from.

http://www.nettmixcustomvapes.com/e-cig-mods/ various hardwares - smaller then other vendors

http://vapergarden.com/index.php recent not yet known too well eliquidsbusiness with some excellent flavors- ships promptly

http://www.vistavapors.com/ one of Top 5 rated US eliquids vendors - optional flavor boosts

http://americanvaper.com/ Check prices here often for eGo starter kits. single battery bubble packs for under $10, etc. better prices on some mods including Vamo V6 for less.

Nice tank Doug. Happy vaping!

Tonight I will mainly be vaping some By Jove which is described as - "By Jove is our take on a quintessentially British summertime dessert and is equal parts delicious and refreshing. Lightly stewed rhubarb fool that compliments the double cream and a hint of vanilla with a lightly chilled effect that makes it feel like the juice has come straight out of your fridge." By Jove - Colonel Booms Bang Bang Juice - UK E-Liquid
That's on my MVP2 in the Nautilus mini. It's 18mg and 40/60 PG/VG.

And some Grant's Vanilla custard which is what it is but it's one of the best. He makes a batch once a month and it sells out on release day! I guess he needs to make more! He was kind enough to send me 3 sample bottles. A 50/50, a higher VG one and a 100% VG one all in 18mg. It's nice. http://www.grantsvanillacustard.com/
That's on the Vamo in the full size Nautilus.

I don't believe they stock it. They have the recipe for it that Grant shared before his juice got very popular but I don't think anyone stocks it other than him. A fair few copy it though.

Edit: I have 100ml of a different Vanilla custard coming tomorrow which is supposed to be excellent by a company called Spectrum vaping. It was a pretty good price as I got 30% off. Came in at just under £17 delivered.

Anyone seen this tank yet? Due out any time now. It's a sub ohm coil tank to take on the new Aspire Atlantis but you can also fit 1.2ohm with a range for 7-40W. It looks nice so I might give it a go. Edit: Not so sure about the 1.2ohm thing now. It states it comes with 2 different types of coil but I have no idea what they mean for each one as they say 5.0 for one. I better forget it until I change to a new box mod that can handle sub ohm. 2nd Edit: I think they typed it wrong on the site, the 5.0 should be 0.5.

Interesting. i wonder how easy or difficult the rebuilds are for it.

1.2 Ohm is where I vape the most at. Well 1.2-1.3 or so.
To me its perfect, but you may need to dial down the voltage a touch.

But with the RBA, you can just wrap your own coils and experiment with all different types of builds for just a few cents each.

I think this could be the ultimate tank for someone who is considering getting into rebuilds. No risk if it's not for you but a nice easy stepping stone to try it out. A very good idea and they have the edge over the new Atlantis sub ohm tank for sure.

Ok, Pbusardo doesnt have a video up yet on youtube, but he does have a brief article:
Taste Your Juice | THE KANGER SUBTANK FIRST LOOK

If that build deck is truly a Kayfun, (and it sure does look like mine in the pics) using their tank, it should be very good. looks like it had a dual coil build on it, I always just use single coils myself though. really hard to build a good dual coil for me without going into sub ohm territory.

As I've mentioned before, Kayfuns are super easy to build and work GREAT! (The first build may be a little daunting but after that its cake)

I got to try one!! They look pretty cool.

Sounds promising! I kind of want to try the rebuildables. The missus asked me what I wanted for Christmas a week or so back. I think I have an answer now lol. Along with a few extra coils to be safe of course!

If you plan on getting that, Watch Grimm greens video about the Kayfun Lite. The way you build it will be the same (same build deck).

I had the same experience he did. My first try wasn't perfect, but still the best vape I'd ever had. You'll like rebuildables I think. Once you get the hang of it, it doesn't take long. Especially if you like to tinker with things. So many possibilities on build types beyond what ohms to run at
.
The basic single coil, chimney coil build, Shoptgun coils, Dual Chimney, crazy 8 etc... the stuff you can do is crazy.

when you swap flavors, its just a quick rinse and a new piece of cotton. Tastes like a new coil. and costs about a penny to do LOL.

He does the reviwe of the Kayfun, but skip to 11:40 and he shows how you build one. it'll give you an idea what to expect.

That does sound good Wishmaster. The more flavor the better. I will watch the video tomorrow. I said to Doug via email the other day I think 2015 is going to be a big year for vaping. I also said I wouldn't be surprised if I get into rebuildables.

I joined this private Facebook vaping group with 5000 members, they are mad for it and trade stuff and offer great help and advice and discount codes etc. I seem to spend hours on there each day and I don't even like facebook lol.

I agree Paul, that does look like the best of both worlds. I think I will make the plunge and try rebuildables soon. Wishmaster is a wealth of information that gets me wanting to try more things :cool:The throw aways are cheap enough, but it might be fun to make my own. Here is a pic with the new tank. It does not sit perfectly flush with the ring, and it does not have the newer airflow ring. I like it a lot, but will probably get the new base with airflow or just get a nautilus
