Oh okay, well if we knew your model number we could check if there are updates for your laptop, like considering that you have already done the HDD test might point to like a software problem.

But I'm just brainstorming here because like the other guys said already without the actual dmp files it is really hard to know what the actual cause is.

To update a driver. The Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver.

Intel(R) Mobile Express Chipset SATA RAID Controller

This one is the storage controller driver and the installed one is old enough to cause problems.

As the reported bugchecks are storage related issue, such an outdated driver should be updated. And hence you need the exact info of the laptop. But there is an alternative, let HP find your product. HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support

If Seatools does not return an error report, get the aforesaid driver updated.

EDIT: According to the product number provided by you, it is a HP Pavilion m6-1054eo and the driver that you should try is this one in their page ....

I have updated the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver along with some other drivers. now i'm just hoping it has helped.
also the chkdsk and the long generic test returned no errors.

Bad sectors of the HDD causes BSOD for sure, but in windows 7 (or higher) disk fragmentation is not a big issue. Still, if you have any doubt, do it. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11733-disk-defragmenter-open-use.html

I managed to get it to make a minidump file (i made a new folder called minidump in the windows folder... )
so now i have that. I have tried to take a look at it myself, but my knowledge does not cover that area of computers.
chrome couldn't get chrome to send it as a .dmp, so you get it as a .rar instead.

your latest BSOD was caused by a Broadcom wireless device inside your laptop. Please head over to HP Support:

HP Software and Driver Downloads for HP Printers, Laptops, Desktops and More | HP® Customer Support

And scroll down until you see "Driver-Network" and click on it to expand, scroll down until you see "Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver for Microsoft Windows 7" and click the download button. Install it and report back!

I have installed the new driver. Now i am just hoping that it has fixed the issue

If you bought your laptop used or something related, then the previous owner has probably ripped off the COA sticker. If you bought it new then it's very weird because every computer should have a COA sticker.

I bought it fresh from the factory, but no sticker.

Factory installation must to be accompanied by a COA sticker. There is no exception.

If you know that it is a factory install but it does not have a COA, then what you know is wrong. It is not a factory installed OS, and you are cheated, ripped off.
