Windows 8.1 stuck

A spinning circle. It's spinning forever. And my screen goes black. Even tough monitor is enabled and working. I pit in the usb(disk) and press f11 (boot menu) when turning on. I select the disk where windows installation files is on.

On BIOS disable secure boot.
Put on the USB disk on a USB 2.0 port.
Power on and launch boot menu (F11).
Chose the USB installation disk. You will have two options. Select USB UEFI mode.
It will boot the installation disk.

I dont have a secure boot thing in bios. I'm trying to stick the usb in back of my pc rn. Before i was trying.the front usb ports

The H110 chipset is a skylake chipset. It requires you to add the USB drivers to the installation disk.
As you have a Win 8.1 installed and you didn't have the installation disk, who has installed it for you?

The pc parts are brand new. I installed them by myself. But the ssd. My friend installed windows on my ssd, because i asked him to. Had to go out. But i had to get windows installed by the time i was back.( for work)

I have never installed Win 8.1 to a skylake chipset. I did installed Win 7 on a Z170 chipset that is also a skylake chipset. And I had to add the USB drivers to the installation disk. Read my tutorial Create a Windows 7 USB flash installation with new drives for new MB's - Windows 7 Help Forums.
Your friend probably has done it to his Win 8.1 installation disk. Why don't you talk to him and ask for a copy of the Win 8.1 installation disk he used to install on the SSD?

Okay. I will try to install windows 7 because. In my bios. It says that windows 7 installation is enabled. And that could probably solve my problem. Give me the windows 7 64bit link, please.

Do you have a win 7 key? For what version (Home, HP, Pro or Ultimate)?
You won't be able to install win 7 without adding the USB3.0 and SATA drivers. Read my tutorial.

Ultimate. Yes i have a key. I know. I downloaded the drivers buddy.

Lol. Im so dumb. I'm so sorry for wasting your time. I waited for 2hours. And it went to windows. By restarting i cN get to windows instantly. The only issue is. I don't have internet. And i cant open cmd as an administrator. And also. I cant open local disk using „properties” button

Theres some more.. I cant open my account when i press on my login nickname. The pc is working fine except. These issues, opening cmd as admin. Local disk using left mouse button and pressing properties cant open task manager as well
