MS-SETTINGS:DISPLAY This File does not have a Program Associated with it

When I right click on the desktop to set the screen resolution for one of the monitors and a dual panel setup I get the above message. I've tried searching for a solution but one of the options (by an MS adviser) which might work is simply a no no for us as we can't make the user an admin on our network.
When I log into the very same desktop it's fine it just seems to be this user.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi GusFG,

MS-SETTINGSDISPLAY . . . This File does not have a Program Associated with it

When I right click on the desktop to set the screen resolution for one of the monitors and a dual panel setup I get the above message. [1] The settings that a user can change could have been set by the IT department and therefore are not changeable.
[2] The local User Profile could be corrupted.
[3] Try a System Restore Point prior to this happening [probably can't be done as it is a networkrd user].

I hope this helps!

Paul, thank you for your reply. Somehow magically it seems to have sorted itself out :-) whether the senior network manager did something or what I don't know but again thank you for your reply.
