I have Windows 7 and I'm coming from W98. How can I change so when I right-click instead of fading in and out it will do the "scroll" type effect from 98? :sarc:

Far as I know, you can't...

However you can change several aspects of your UI settings at ...

Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Performance Settings

As a rule I turn off all the chintzy sliding and fading effects, the desktop is much quicker and the whole thing feels far more nimble.
