Help!!
Not sure what you mean.
Where can I find what Bluetooth software is installed?
We have two laptops, a Dell and an Asus
The Dell is fine, it can send and receive.
The Asus can only send.
When I try and send from the Dell to the Asus, the message 'no services found' comes up.
When I right click the Asus device in the Dell 'Bluetooth Devices' and select properties, the
Services tab has the following listed:
- Audio Sink
- Audio Source
- Headset
- Headset Audio Gateway
- PCCS
- Remote Control
- Remotely Controllable Device
All of which are checked.
The
Hardware tab has the following 'Device Functions' listed:
- Bluetooth AV (Device working properly)
- Bluetooth AV Remote Control Target (No drivers Installed for this device)
- Bluetooth AV Source (Device working properly)
- Bluetooth Headset (Device working properly)
- Bluetooth Headset AG (Device working properly)
- Bluetooth Remote Control (Device working properly)
- Bluetooth SyncML (No drivers Installed for this device)
Hope this is of use!
