Turn off computer and wait a while and turn it on again - sometimes it work -if not,you have to boot in safe mode and restore system,if unable to boot in safe mode too you have to boot installation disc and from this level restore system

More details how to restore system:http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

That means you have any problem with hardware compatbility. The best solution in my opinion would be contact with manufacturer support in this case.

Then start with the MB manufacturer and look for bios and driver updates. Additionally you could call their tech support to see if they have reported issues with Win7.

Sorry I don't understand. "gets stuck at 15% no matter what update it is". You're surely not doing updates one at time are you?

This implies that you were successfully running Win7 previously and did a clean install and now have a problem. Is that correct?

If you been running 7 for some time and you can do a clean install and it functions properly before doing updates, then your post suggest there's a problem with one of the updates. Of course if that was the case this forum would be flooded with similar post which is not the case.

I'd try to do another clean install and then do only a few updates at a time (and no MS drivers) until you find the culprit.

Otherwise it's time to start testing hardware...
