Local Network Blocked

After un-installing Commodo, I now rely on the Windows Firewall, but now access to the local network is blocked. Internet is open.

How do I regain my network?

What are you using for an anti-virus? Are you using homegroup, or workgroup for your local area network? What is your network setup?

OK now, thanks Jan. Disabling and enabling the network card did the trick.
