Hello, first post on here so apologies if I have not included enough info...

My PC keeps freezing, I have been reading through other posts on here and have tried a few things already but I get the feeling I am probably missing something really obvious or my new hardware is broken!

The PC is a new self build, I have run some stress tests and I think the issue is with the graphics card as most of the freezes occur whilst trying to get games to work and when I run FurMark. That said I have had a few successful runs of FurMark?

I have also tried updating all the drivers.

Would appreciate another set of eyes on this..I have attached the DMP info.

System Spec
Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
AMD Phenom II X4 970 (3.5GHz)
Asus Crosshair IV Formula
4GB DDR3 RAM
Asus Geforce GTX 470
Onboard X-Fi Soundblaster

Thanks in advance,
M

Love to help but there were no dmp files included in the upload

If you wish to have others assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder. The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Start your own thread in the appropriate section of the forum and attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
* Briefly describe the problem history and circumstances in the same post. Somebody will attend to your query as soon as possible.
