16:9 possible?

May be analog TV watched in 16:9 format?
i´m watching BBC World now and i see the program not in 16:9 only 4:3.
It´s a analog TV.

trouth windows im my computer.
i did it already.right mouse click, and arrow right and the loupe,that is the solution.
