2nd Hard Drive Install - MBR or GBT

I am installing a 2nd hard drive and in Disk Management I was presented with a pop-up that reads, "You must initialize a desk before Logical Disk Manager can access it". Also says, "Use the following partition style for the selected disks". I have either MBR or GPT. This is strictly a data drive, no Windows on it. What should I select here?

Click on OK for MBR & create a simple primary partition, NO need for Logicl Partitions.
