Hi,

Within a week my Win 7 has crashed three times, having a different error in each time. (1. mmc.exe/KERNELBASE.dll, 2. 0x0000003b, 3. 0x000000d1).

After the first two crashes/errors I ran sfc/scannow and used check disk, without any results. After those I made a system recovery and everything seemed to be fine.

But yesterday computer crashed all of a sudden when I was on internet. After the crash computer worked really sluggish in normal mode and froze completely when I tried to do anything. I had to shut-down it from the power button because it didn't react on anything. Computer seemed to work fine in safe mode, it started nicely on safe mode and I was also sable to do shut down properly.
Today I started to use computer on normal mode and now everything works but I'm still having doubts.

I've searched reasons to the last bsod and found out that it may have had something to do with network drivers. So I've updated my network drivers and checked with Acer update, Intel Driver Update Utility 2.0 and SlimDrivers other updates and installed them as well.

I use CCleaner regularly to clean up old stuff from my computer (stupid me ) so I'm not sure if you have the info that you need on SF and DM-log files. I put a picture of the two first crashes to an attachment and also the zip-files from DM Log and SF diagnostic.

Thank you for your time!

ZonAlarm seems to be clashing with the Panda Cloud Service installation....update ZoneAlarms, or better still replace it with an alternate product.

Thank you so much Golden!

I removed ZoneAlarm and now everything has been working like a charm.
Now that I look back, the problems started instantly when I installed the ZA. Should have noticed the link between crashes and the installation .
