accidentally removed gadget...

I accidentally removed my conversion gadget from my desktop and cannot find where it went to reinstall it. Can you tell me where it went...or...can you suggest a good replacement gadget that has all the major units on it and is easy to use..

You might right click on the desktop and click on Gadgets to see if it may be there to add it back to the desktop.
