Solved acer aspire bsod at restart

I am trying to figure out what is causing the bsod at startup on this acer aspire 5534 laptop runningwin7 home premium 64 bit. I have attached the zipped dump file and hope that someone else can understand what the dump file says and what exactly I need to fix to get this computer to run. Thanx in advance.

This was Related to athrx.sys Extensible Wireless LAN device driver from Atheros Communications, Inc. Yours from early 2009. I would re-install with newest.
